Leanne Hughes is a keynote speaker, consultant, facilitator, podcaster and bestselling author who helps people become known for great work.

She is the author of the bestselling book The 2-Hour Workshop Blueprint, a practical guide that has helped thousands of professionals design engaging workshops, meetings and learning experiences that drive action. Her latest book, Work Fame: Get the Projects, Promotions and Perks You Deserve (Wiley, October 2026), explores how everyday professionals, leaders, consultants and business owners can create the kind of reputation that attracts opportunities, builds influence and makes them the obvious choice in their field.

Over the past decade, Leanne has worked with organisations around the world to improve engagement, communication, leadership and collaboration. Drawing on her background in marketing and her deep fascination with group dynamics, psychology and human behaviour, she helps people create experiences that inspire action and leave a lasting impression.

Leanne is also the host of the popular First Time Facilitator podcast, where she has interviewed hundreds of facilitators, trainers and leaders from around the globe.
