Joseph L. Curtin teaches leadership in Northeastern University’s Master of Science in Organizational Leadership program and provides leadership development consulting and training services for Joseph L. Curtin Leadership Development. In addition to eight publications which include Action Learning in Virtual Higher Education: Applying Leadership Theory (2016), Values-Exchange leadership®: Using Management by Objectives Performance Appraisals to Improve Performance (2009), and Turning Your Company Around (1990), Joseph has served over 100 clients in 22 states, three Canadian provinces in 23 industries delivering leadership training to over 250 business owners, executives, managers, and supervisors and providing management consulting and project management services in the areas of organizational restructuring, marketing, sales, strategic planning, managerial accounting, financing, productivity, human resources, communication, reward systems, and organization culture since 1984. He holds a Ph.D. in Management from California Coast University and M.A. and B.S. degrees from Eastern Illinois University.
