Stacey Leith. I have been a professional chef for over 10 years. I have a background in Michelin star restaurants and was a trained nutrition chef for the Liverpool Football Club first team. Lately, my passion for cooking has moved towards inspiring others in the world of food. Writing these children's cook books has been a joy! Inspiring a younger generation of chefs is a wonderful feeling, one i'm very passionate about.
