Monique D. Hayes is a renowned business attorney. She is a partner in the business law firm, DGIM Law, PLLC. She centers her practice on wealth preservation and protection, including business succession planning. In 2020, she founded Estates Made Easy, an AI driven digital platform for estate planning. The platform allows for self-driven intergenerational wealth transfer taking into account diverse cultural priorities that impact financial and family planning.

Early in her career, Monique realized that as a business attorney, she would be able to meet her highest objective, “to do well and to do good.” Prior to entering private practice, Monique served as law clerk to Hon. Laurel M. Isicoff, Chief Judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida.
