Having left London at 19, Catherine fell in love with the south coast of Britain. Here she started a family and it was definitely a place she was happy to call home. She is currently a self employed greengrocer, yet her passion from young, for writing, never left and she embarked in two GEA courses to carefully hone her writing craft.
A very Tiny Adventure is her debut novel, the first of a trilogy. Excitement, fun and adventure is a must, as well as the importance of inclusion in her stories.
Having grown up with friends who's siblings have had a disability, and workng with a child who required aditional needs, to now having a daughter with type one diabetes, and a newphew with autism, Inclusion has always been very important to her. For this book she worked with a Reach ambassador, from the charity Reach, who support people with upper limb differences, to ensure her character, Litla, was written factually and fabulously. Litla may have a little arm, but that doesn't stop her being kind, caring and fierce or stop her doing anything small like saving the world.
