Bill Hoffman

Author, screenwriter, and tech writer Bill Hoffman has a Master of Professional Writing degree from USC. While working in film and television, he sold/optioned several scripts and was a producer. He's held minor elected office and was a leader in the Stop the Draft movement during the Carter administration. More importantly, he's been a certified PADI diver since 1977 and, in two oceans, has quite accidentally found himself close and personal among orcas in the wild. Bill lives in WA State.
