JG Wallace

JG Wallace’s life passion has been piloting various aircraft to locations all over the world. His first flight was at age fourteen, four decades ago. He has been a flight instructor, charter pilot, regional airline pilot, simulator instructor, and is now a captain for a major airline. Over the twenty-five-plus years with the airlines, JG has successfully handled hundreds of emergencies in the simulator, and dozens in the aircraft. While JG has had other areas of interest in his life, writing has been the only one that even approached his passion for flying. The concept of the Hard Turn series was first imagined ten years ago, but life got in the way. With the addition of a supportive wife, JG was encouraged to pursue his second passion, and Departures was the result. With Beverly at his side, JG continues to write the rest of the Hard Turn series, and of course, fly passengers and cargo safely to international destinations.
