C.E. Payne Hull is a native of Port Allen, Louisiana, has been an educator for over 22 years, and has taught grades PK-12th. She currently serves as the Principal at a high school in New Orleans, Louisiana. She is the daughter of Eddie III (deceased) and Gail Williams Payne of Port Allen, Louisiana. She is the youngest sibling of Eddie IV (deceased), Angel (deceased), Jonathan, and Nathaniel (deceased). She is a member of the Church of Christ, Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, National Coalition of 100 Black Women, NAACP, the owner of Ma’ at Adorned LLC, and the founder/president of Queendom 101 Foundation. C.E. Payne Hull has been a guest speaker at Women’s Day programs, Vision Seekers of Evangeline: Survivor Series, Womanifest9, and the creator of the Queendom101: Empowered program. She is the author of “He Called Me Queen Like It Was My First Name”, “Womanhood 101: Girls Empowered (Workbook), The Great Space A Safe Space for Exceptional Children: An Exploratory Single Case Study, and Co-author of “Changing Direction and Vibrating Higher: An Anthology”. She has a B.S. in Secondary Education, M.A. in Educational Leadership, and an EDD in Educational Leadership. C.E. enjoys reading, writing, running, lifting weights, creating unique jewelry, and empowering others.
