VJ Cooper

Veryan was born in Inverness, in the Scottish Highlands, and has an avid interest in history and genealogy. Her debut novel, A Sense of Jane, was inspired by her great grandmother's life and fulfilled her ambition of writing a book. Her second novel 'Charlie's Ghost of a Chance' has just been published and its sequel 'Scandal at Balfour Hall' will be available in 2025. She has also written a poetry book 'Life as I know it: A wee book of poems.' When not writing you will find Veryan out walking, kayaking or shouting at the television cheering on Scotland playing rugby.
