Seth Weissman

Seth Weissman represents real estate brokerage firms and has served as general counsel to Georgia REALTORS for the last thirty years. He has written two highly acclaimed books for REALTORS on real estate negotiations namely, "Done Deal! The Real Estate Agent's Guide to Mastering Negotiations" and previously "Secrets of Winning the Real Estate Negotiation Game." He has also published 6 editions of the "Red Book of Real Estate Contracts in Georgia," the treatise on Georgia real estate. He is the creator and presenter of Safe Real Estate, a YouTube video series dedicated to educating agents and brokers on real estate law, and regularly teaches continuing education classes to agents. Seth is a Duke Law School graduate, a summa cum laude graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and a former Professor of Practice at Georgia Tech. He has taught over 1000 Continuing Education classes to tens of thousands of REALTORS.
