About the Author
P. S. Traum is an unusual presence in the exciting underground genre scene, writing escapist speculative fiction in a wide range of styles, tones and subjects, with a fresh voice and perspective. Subtle or extreme, macabre or melancholy, PST is a devoted acolyte of all things Horror, with occasional forays into dark Fantasy/SciFi. As an author, the mercurial Traum prefers to remain invisible, so that the unique storylines and compelling characters remain interesting and interpretive, unburdened by any external distractions or preconceived perceptions. Readers deserve a fun imaginative experience that feels real, personal and entertaining, even when it might be scary, spooky, or creepy!
If you enjoy Traum-style body horror, dissect PST's 2025 collection of psychosexual horror tales, Hellish Hotblooded Horrors by Baynam Books.

This book is described as the "psychosexual-themed Collection of horrifying grotesque stories from the twisted imagination of underground author P.S. Traum... HELLISH HOTBLOODED HORRORS!" which is apt.
The most shocking of the stories are "Tell Me You Want Me" and "Trophy Bride." They take the extreme to beyond, weaving supernatural and physiological concepts throughout. This is edgy erotic horror that is well-written and well researched in terms of characters and settings. That said, these stories are not for the faint of heart. These stories may come to mind, when least expected, recalling revenge scenes full of shocking retribution and satire. Haunting, one might say...

I have read two the stories so far, that of Tim Blodgell's, For Whom the Dinner Bell Tolls, and PS Traum's, Warm as Snow. Blodgell sent creepy shivers down my spine, that's for sure. Traum's Warm as Snow had a folktale vibe to it that belied what was to come. I look forward to reading the rest, although I would say Traum's tale is quite memorable.
PS Traum's Good Girl offers us a bit of transgenic wackiness straight out of Monty Python. It begins with a woman's bizarre request to be fitted with wings: 'I want wings, goddamnit! I've seen you do scales, horns, all kinds of sick shit. I've seen some of the freaks that come out of this compound! Can't you, like, just sew some on?' I was in stitches and couldn't wait for what other absurdities awaited. Carlton Herzog Gives M FOR MEDICAL 5 of 5 STARS as well as The Golden Scalpel for Truly Gruesome Medical Horror.
