Reshmi Bennett is a London-based baker and author who founded Anges de Sucre bakery in 2011 after returning from Paris, where she trained under several Michelin-starred chefs. Driven by her passion for baking, Reshmi personally designs every cake at her bakery. But her creative endeavours didn't stop there. Her shared love of baking and storytelling with her son inspired her to take a remarkable journey as an author.

One of the most rewarding experiences for Reshmi has been witnessing her son and his friends baking together at home, truly embracing the joy of reading and creating something delicious.
Despite the challenges of balancing her writing career with the demands of running a successful bakery, for Reshmi, it's a labour of love. Looking ahead, she is excited about upcoming projects, including a Pizza Storybake and a collection of healthy and tasty recipes. Her goal is to release a total of 49 recipes, as she continues to enjoy the process of writing and sharing her creations with the world.
Above all, Reshmi hopes her books will reach those who may not have previously considered reading to their children. She aims to foster a love for literature and baking in even the most unlikely of places.
