Annette Dernick is expert for Love & Peace in Companies. She shows companies and their leaders how to turn their companies to an inspiring one for employees, customers, distributors. Fluctuation and sick days are reduced and turnovers reach a much higher level.

In her work she has already coached hundreds of teams, project teams and international teams to become much more successful.

For several years she worked in various companies and positions, most recently as Head of Marketing/Sales Control before becoming an entrepreneur more than 30 years ago.

She coached, taught and inspired ten thousands of students to raise their

• loves to be a member of ATL (Association of Transformation Leaders).

In 2017 her first book was published: “Der Peace-Faktor” showing how to achieve a peaceful atmosphere at work. She is co-author in different books in the field of Soft Skills and Project Management.

She loves to be on stage, to coach company leaders and their teams and to contribute to more peace in this world especially in companies.
