Victor Lund

Victor Lund is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of WAV Group, a consulting firm started over 20 years ago to provide services for brokers, franchises, MLS, Associations of REALTORS, capital markets, and the technology firms that serve them. He is also the CEO of RE Technology, the nation’s leading publisher of real estate technology information.

Lund focuses his career on innovation strategy, authoring change management, and venture capital. He is best known for supporting companies who aspire to lead their industry segment at enterprise scale.

In addition to supporting the firm’s private clients, WAV Group has years of participation in the Council of MLS, The Realty Alliance, Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, Upstream, Broker Public Portal, NAR REACH, and the Real Estate Standards Organization.
