She specialises in helping anxious dogs and dogs with fear-based behaviours.

She owns three businesses that use force-free methods and has helped thousands of struggling dogs.

Freya also writes for many publications on business, family, and life.

She lives in Suffolk, UK, with her wiggly Springador Twyla and her family.
