Mark Mueller

Mark Mueller is a trial lawyer in Austin, Texas known for his unconventional style, impromptu sense of humor, optimism, and imaginative approach to problems and solutions. Specializing in birth injury, product liability, and toxic exposure cases, he has formed special friendships with the families and children he’s worked with, often using a wide assortment of novel demonstrative items including puppets and stuffed animals to brainstorm, assist clients, and prepare witnesses for trial. When Mark isn’t spending practicing law, he is writing poetry, including the children’s poetry books 'Unicorn Park', 'Pedro the Shapeshifting Chihuahua', and 'The Fabulous Foxes', as well as the adult poetry series, 'Breakfast in Memphis', and is a passionate environmental and human rights advocate in Austin where he resides with his two sons, Max and Andy.
