After retiring from a career teaching physics, chemistry and biology, Lynne Balzer began organizing extensive notes from a decade-long investigation of climate change as well as the latest research into health and longevity.
Considering all the data and the connection between science, and politics of these issues -- such as the COVID-19 dilemma -- Lynne reached the inevitable conclusion that critical thinking and the scientific method have been largely forgotten by Big Pharma and the grantholders conducting climate studies.
Working with Faraday Science Institute, a nonprofit organization, she has researched these topics, sorting out fact from fiction.
She has published three books about climate change: "The Green New Deal and Climate Change: What You Need to Know," in 2019, "Exposing the Great Climate Change Lie," in 2023, and "Cold Facts About the Great Global Warming Scam," in 2025.
Because Lynne believes that a picture is worth 1,000 words, her two latest climate books include numerous full-color graphs and photos in an amazing 8 1/2 by 11-inch format.
Now in 2026 she has released the definitive guide to health and longevity, "100 Steps to 100 Years: The Latest Research-Backed Strategies For a Long and Healthy Life." Even though only one in 5,000 Americans makes it to age 100, anyone serious about improving his/her health will live longer and better by following the guidelines in this monumental testament to healthy living.
The publisher, Faraday Science Institute, was named in honor of Michael Faraday, considered by many as the greatest experimental scientist of the 19th century. This organization is working to reinstate the scientific method, which has been sadly lacking in science instruction. They are also researching ways to recycle plastics, including the conversion of plastics into useful fuels.
