Dee L. Lyons

Greetings, I am Deidre’ Leak Lyons, affectionately known as “Dee”. I am a native of Washington, DC but currently reside in Nash County. I am blessed with two wonderful adult children and two amazing grandchildren, and a dog Mom of an American Bully named Diamond Chanel.

My goals are to share with others my life experience of coping with grief, death, divorce, spiritual walk and simply life in general. I believe in sharing things with others because people are destroyed by a lack of knowledge. I wish to pay it forward because I was not as fortunate to have been provided certain tools to navigate through this journey, we call life; however, with God all things are possible, and I am certain that my life experiences and tools that I used can be of some help to others.

With a diverse background as an author, speaker, entrepreneur, and over 18 years as an ordained minister, have afforded me the opportunity to mentor and counsel others where they are in life and to help them to see and reach their fullest potential.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in management organizational leadership. My passion is to empower others utilizing my diverse personal and professional background to help create a positive impact in the lives of those whose path I may cross.
