Brian Mulcahey

Brian Mulcahey has been an educator and scientist for the last decade. In 2023, he received the National Science Teacher Association's Robert E. Yager Award for Excellence in Teaching. He has extensive field experience studying birds in diverse locations including as the South Pacific, the Yucatan Peninsula, and the Peruvian Amazon. Brian believes that highlighting the knowledge and efforts of indigenous scientists and communities is a highly effective way to support wildlife conservation.
