I am a former English teacher and love that you are looking for books for your special someone. I am also a mother of 3 daughters and someone who LOVED reading to her children and students. Reading pages of books inspired me to read and learn about the world around me, and I remember all the days and nights snuggling up with my little ones and reading to them. I always wanted to write books and found myself writing something whether it's poetry, skits, news articles, plays, letters, and reflections, and my fingers would find their way onto a keyboard. I remember being a middle school English teacher and loving my job and students. I sat on a stool and read my students pages at a time, and in high school, we also read pages at a time. I hope you and your loved ones will find joy in the pages of my books. When I am away from my desk, I love hanging out with family and friends and taking my white, fluffy dog Quincy to the dog Park.
