Kelly Carnes

The Honorable Kelly Carnes is a nationally recognized thought leader. She has served the high-tech industry for over 30 years, holding leadership positions in technology business, law, and government. As the Senate-confirmed Assistant Secretary of Commerce for Technology Policy, Ms. Carnes served as a senior technology advisor to four Secretaries of Commerce; spearheaded sophisticated, highly leveraged public-private partnerships to promote technological innovation; and lead numerous Presidential and Cabinet-level technology initiatives.
