Stuart is a happily married family man with 4 grown up children, a Labrador and a Maine Coon cat!
He worked as an NVQ Assessor and Verifier and ran training courses, training many ‘would be’ personal trainers.
He co wrote the fitness and health handbook, which was used by organizations as a course manual.
He ran a successful Personal Training studio in Bristol with his business partner for over 20 years. During this time he was employed by the NHS as an Exercise Physiologist running cardiac rehabilitation classes and ran G.P. referral courses. He is now retired.
To fill a huge void after retirement he took up writing and managed to complete his solo project - a love remembered.
He focusses on keeping healthy with lots of daily walking, gym and eating healthily.
