Aaron Fields

Aaron Fields is the founder of The Write Perspective, LLC and creator of Early Echoes, a research-informed, story-driven framework focused on how early experiences shape lifelong outcomes.

Aaron holds a Bachelor of Science in Speech-Language Pathology & Child Development and a Master of Science in Human Development & Early Childhood Disorders from The University of Texas at Dallas. He is also a Certified New Parent Educator, Certified Postpartum Doula, Certified Lactation Educator under CAPPA, and holds a certification in Infant & Early Childhood Mental Health from Georgetown University.

Through his writing, speaking, teaching, and community work, Aaron helps individuals and families better understand identity, emotional wellness, child development, communication, resilience, and purpose. His work bridges personal growth with developmental science, empowering both children and adults to improve aspects of their personal, professional, and spiritual lives.

Aaron travels nationally and internationally speaking in schools, colleges, churches, early childhood centers, juvenile facilities, prisons, and community organizations, helping audiences develop healthier perspectives, stronger relationships, and a deeper understanding of human development and human potential.

His mission is simple: to help people grow into the healthiest version of themselves while creating stronger futures for the next generation.
