Christopher Michael Benoit

My name is Christopher Michael Benoit I live in upstate New York near Saratoga. I have a wide and diverse background. I have worked in the newspaper industry as a reporter. and as an advertising executive I have also worked in radio as a reporter and news director. I am a graduate from The College of St Rose in Albany NY. In addition to my time in the news business I have a varied background in the corporate world working for two large publishers for the last fifteen years. I have always enjoyed writing and have written several short novels and many short stories, but Silence of the Land is the first novel that I have published. I am married to my wife Kaaren and have a son and daughter in law. I am also a brand-new grandfather. I am currently working on a sequel to Silence of the Land. I am also a huge fan of Stephen King I have read and reread most of his works and continue to enjoy Mr. Kings' unique viewpoints on the world and the role of humanity both good and evil.
