I'm excited to have recently discovered Amazon's KDP. Allowing would be authors the ability to "self-publish" is a great concept. I have spent the past 30+ years working in Manufacturing related jobs and have often thought to write/self-publish books. An almost insatiable curiosity, paired with KDP is allowing me to pursue writing/self-publishing. Sometimes I get curious about something and my mind enjoys "figuring it out". I usually see new opportunities in the curiosities I choose to think on. My primary career is in the Oil & Gas industry, in and around the greater Houston, TX area. For the past 17+ years I've worked in cutting tool sales selling to Machine Shops and Fabrication Shops and offering application solutions. I also own and operate a small business providing laser marking services which derived from one of my "curosities". I'm looking forward to seeing where my curiosities will lead me next.
