Uttam Kumar Roy

Prof. Dr. Uttam Kumar Roy, MD, DCH, MBBS is currently affiliated in the Department of Pharmacology and Therapeutics, Burdwan Medical College & Hospital (West Bengal, India) and acts as Professor. He has got fifteen years of experience in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching in medical science. Involved in experimental and clinical pharmacology teaching among postgraduate trainee. He published thirty-two research works in many national and international journal. Also awarded silver medal and was an Elite in NPTEL courses on Stress management, Biostatistics and Design of Experiments conducted by IIT Kharagpur and IIT Madras respectively. Author finds interest in research analysis and statistical procedure. Authored one book titled “Essentials of Postgraduate Pharmacology and Biostatistics” (ISBN 9789354656941, Publisher Jaypee Brothers Medical Publishers(P) Ltd.) and has got acceptance in international level. He is a clinician, academician, author, research analyst an expert in scientific writing. He is engaged in private practice in Paediatric medicine.
