Raised in a small town in Oklahoma, Linda Seyer and her husband worked overseas doing linguistic analysis, literacy work, and Bible Translation for eighteen years in Europe and West Africa. Her educational career has included teaching grade school and High School English as well as an adjunct instructor teaching linguistics and education in several US and UK universities. Her years of living abroad is a story of growth and changing perspectives, as told in her first novel, The Small One is the Goathouse. Now retired in Virginia, she teaches English as a second language in her spare time.
Mary Claire Tate grew up in the UK where she completed her education in London in Art & Design. After returning to the USA in 2012, residing in Virginia, she worked for an interior production company and continues her artistic endeavors in textiles, jewelry, illustration and print work.
