Jaime Mahler

Jaime Mahler started her journey as a mental health professional in

2006. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Mental Health & Human Services

and a Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling.

After grad school, she became a Licensed Clinical Psychotherapist

where she specialized in complex trauma and relationship recovery.

Since then, she has become a national public health leader, collaborating with Harvard University

on their social media research and mental health initiatives.

Her social media brand RecollectedSelf has currently over 1.6 million followers across all major social platforms

and her education has reached over 20 million people.

She has been featured in The New York Times, CNN, USA Today, Insider, Parade and more.

She co-hosts her mental health and healing podcast, "Unlearned" with her best friend of over 20 years, CA Rhoades.

"Unlearned" aims to provide a free option for those who struggle with accessing mental health education.
