Stephen Hamilton

Pastor Stephen Hamilton is the founding and lead pastor of Victory Outreach Ministry International, which is based in Hamburg, Germany. Established in 2008, the ministry has expanded to include two locations in Germany as well as branches in Ghana and Togo.

Pastor Hamilton has a diverse educational background, holding a diploma in theology from the University of Hamburg and a bachelor's in intercultural theology from the University of Hermannsburg. He also completed a program at BFP Beröa Theological Seminar.

Active in the African Christian Council in Hamburg, he is a respected leader within the local African community. Committed to developing new leaders, he embodies dedication, perseverance, and focus in his pastoral role. His congregation is diverse and committed. Pastor Hamilton lives in Hamburg with his supportive wife, Beatrice, and their three children.
