Michael Akindele

Michael Akindele is a faith-driven entrepreneur, innovator, and author dedicated to helping people build lives of purpose, integrity, and lasting success. He is the founder of Rooted to Succeed, a movement and mentorship platform that equips leaders and creators to merge faith with vision in practical ways.

Drawing from years of experience across business, strategy, and social impact ventures, Michael combines spiritual insight with real-world leadership principles. His devotional series, Rooted: 31 Days of Daily Confessions for Success, was born from a personal journey of rediscovery — learning that true success flows from staying rooted in God’s presence and purpose.

Michael’s message is clear: you are God’s greatest technology — designed in His image, built for wisdom, and equipped to thrive. He believes that every person, no matter their background, can access divine guidance and manifest excellence in life, business, and faith when they stay connected to the Source.

When not writing or building ventures, Michael mentors emerging leaders and innovators who are shaping culture, commerce, and community through Kingdom-centered vision.
