Rob Sheffield

Rob Sheffield is owner and director at Bluegreen Learning, and a Visiting Fellow at the University of West of England. He has worked in organisational and system change for over 30 years, helping leaders be more inclusive and effective in their roles. He has run over 600 learning programmes and worked directly with around 8,000 learners from healthcare, energy, education, professional and business services.

He works with people who are looking to make their workplaces a healthier place for ideas. These ideas may turn into new products, new services, new business models, or new working practices that benefit employees, as well as customers, patients and families.

And his written work looks at how groups of people create new value for themselves in their living and work spaces, at a moment in time, despite the familiar, everyday obstacles of busyness, boredom, tiredness, entropy and inertia.
