Stavros Stavru

With a professional journey spanning over two decades, Dr. Stavros Stavru began his career at the frontier of programming before ascending through the ranks into diverse managerial and leadership roles. In 2014, he achieved a significant milestone by earning his Ph.D. in organizational transformations. Since then, he has adeptly played the roles of an independent consultant, trainer, coach, and a committed EdTech social entrepreneur.

Stavros co-founded AhaPlay, a visionary platform designed to bridge knowledge gaps and foster alignment within expansive organizational landscapes. He is also the driving force behind The Caringers, an EdTech initiative aiming to nurture students' social-emotional intelligence, ecological awareness, and character education.

His dedication to the dissemination of knowledge and skill-building is evident. Recognized as a laureate of the John Atanasoff award, Stavros has conducted an extensive array of training sessions in both Agile/Scrum and Soft Skills & Leadership. He has authored over 40 unique techniques and games, with some showcased in his book "Never Stop Experimenting".

Outside the realm of his professional achievements, Stavros is a fervent advocate for continuous learning and the transformative potential of education. With both a Ph.D. in Informatics and a Master's in Business Administration under his belt, he has also contributed as a part-time lecturer at Sofia University.
