Luke Roberts

Dr Luke Roberts has worked in the fields of conflict resolution and complexity theory for over 20 years. He has worked with schools communities to address conflict, bullying and violence. Having been a practitioner for many years, his work shifted focuses on system change as he became interested in how schools, organisations and communites can innovate to meet their needs and thrive in the future.

He is passionate about how schools and organisations can creatively address their challenges and how sustaining success can be fragile, unless leaders recognise how to develop systems which can support sustainability. His work is highly accessible and his writing shows how to apply ideas through his exeperiences and relatable scenarios.

He continues to work in schools across the world, and is passionate about helping children and young people with skills to address conflict and change systems.
