Sandhya Mendonca is an author, journalist turned media entrepreneur, publisher and gender and cultural evangelist. Speaking with people and documenting human stories is what she does best as a writer. She writes on diverse topics including biographies, culture, business, travel, gender and more. She hosts a podcast 'Spotlight with Sandhya' that features conversations with brilliant people who impact the world and writes the 'Female Gaze', a fortnightly column currently published in the Sunday Guardian.

Her book 'Disrupt & Conquer - how TTK Prestige became a billion dollar company' was shortlisted for the Gaja Capital Business Prize.
