I inherited a stack of my Grandma's typewriter-written manuscripts and hand-painted characters shortly after her passing, many of which had been sent to publishers with no luck many decades ago. Upon reading these for the first time, a note dropped out, a generic rejection letter from a publishing magazine, which really hammered home to me that I was holding the remnants of one of her dreams.

But then I thought, why not now?

All profits will go toward stroke research, awareness, treatment and care, a cause that I know is close to the hearts of all who knew her.
