Max Spanky

Max Spanky has been writing ever since those chubby little fingers could first hold a pencil, but The Weatherman is Max’s first full-length published novel.

Originally from Canada, Max has been a life-long wanderer and has lived in the UK, the USA, Australia and New Zealand. A digital nomad since way back before it was cool, Max has visited more than fifty countries and has no plans to stop wandering any time soon.

Max Spanky writes quirky contemporary fiction with a dark comic bent and is inspired by authors including Chuck Palahniuk, Irvine Welsh, Mona Awad, Christopher Brookmyre and Bret Easton Ellis.

Max is currently somewhere in the world, working on the next novel.
