Glenn Haertlein

Glenn Haertlein has worked in the tech sector for over 20 years. He has been a Java developer, a SQL developer, a business analyst, and an application support analyst to name a few things. He currently works as IS consultant for an international IS consultancy firm. Throughout his career, he has also been involved with writing training documentation for technical and non-technical audiences. Writing about technical concepts in a down-to-earth and approachable way is something he enjoys. What is true of both technical and nontechnical audiences is that at the end of the day, both want the same thing: They just want to know how to use the software to get things done, and that is the approach Glenn takes to his writing.
