Capt Taylor Fox

Taylor Fox, callsign ‘Chop,’ is a former U.S. Air Force fighter pilot and combat veteran having flown the F-22 and F-16 fighter jets.

Taylor's passion for aviation ignited at a tender age as he looped through the clouds in a vibrant yellow biplane alongside his cherished grandfather, the star of AeroSquad, affectionately known as Papa Jack. Those early flights instilled in Taylor a profound sense of wonder and a lifelong desire to explore the world of aviation, from fighter jets to becoming an airline pilot.

Taylor began his journey as an author with his debut book, “Combat Ready: Lessons Learned in the Journey to Fighter Pilot.” In this book, Taylor shares his unforgettable experiences bridging the gap from civilian life to becoming a combat-ready fighter pilot in the U.S. Air Force.

The Adventures of AeroSquad is a collection of wholesome tales where Taylor aims to teach kids important lessons he learned while serving in the Air Force, such as bravery, hard work, and the importance of believing in yourself. These stories take young readers on an exciting journey with adorable cartoon jets.
