Heather Beach

Heather Beach is founder of Healthy Work Company and of Women in Health and Safety and single mum to Rosie.

An ex-Director for a global company, where she ran their health and safety businesses publishing magazines, running conferences and information services, she now runs Healthy Work Company working with businesses such as ITV, Kuehne and Nagel, KAD, Mace, Eurostar, the Telegraph, Vertex, Game and Luton Airport to support wellbeing strategy and wellbeing training.

She has a particular focus on manager training in good wellbeing conversations because she knows the difference a good manager can make.

With post graduate certificates in Applied Positive Psychology and Relational Organisation Gestalt, she is also certified in Implementation of BS45001 and was voted in the top ten most influential people in health and safety in the UK for the third year running in 2021. Heather has been a featured expert on TV and in national press in the conversation about mental health during lockdown.

As a small business owner, she isn’t perfect, but tries very hard to practise what she preaches.
