Dr. Hemant Kumar Singh is an author and scholar specializing in energy science and engineering, with a focus on solar photovoltaics. He completed his Ph.D. in Energy Science and Engineering from IIT Bombay in Mumbai, Maharashtra, after earning a Master of Technology degree at IIT Kharagpur in West Bengal, India.
