Emily Altman

Emily Altman is an Emmy-nominated writer and performer originally from Philadelphia. She has written for such shows as Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, Difficult People, The President Show, and Inside Amy Schumer (for which she won a Peabody Award). She has written for Big Mouth since its debut season in 2017, where she also serves as co-executive producer and occasional voice actor. Before her comedy writing career, she worked for years as an Italian professor—because she’s random or whatever. She lives in New York City.
