Based on her experiences as the sole UI/UX Designer at high-tech startups and a Senior UX Leader at large, global companies such as Pitney Bowes, IBM, Citrix and UKG, Lise has become a leading expert in integrating User-Centered Design (UCD) best practices into the product development lifecycle and building high-performing UI/UX Design teams. Lise has a degree in Human Factors & Ergonomic Engineering and an Executive Master of Business Administration.
