Adam Babich

Adam Babich is a Professor of Law at Tulane University, where he teaches Civil Procedure, Pollution Control, Administrative Law and Federal Courts, among other subjects. He is an experienced litigator, having served as a government enforcement lawyer, a law firm partner, and—for 17 years—director of Tulane Law School’s environmental law clinic. He is a 1983 graduate of Yale Law School and a fellow of the American College of Environmental Lawyers.
