Estella Schweizer

Estella Schweizer is a passionate activitst for climate-friendly cuisine and an expert in plant-based nutrition. She pursued medicine at the University of Freiburg for five years before deciding to embrace a more holistic approach to healthcare, focusing on prevention.

Following her training as an occupational therapist and nutritionist, she ventured into the world of gastronomy. She spent several years running a vegan cafe-bistro in Regensburg while also freelancing as a cooking instructor, nutrition coach, dining event chef, and baking show host.

Estella is a certified "Plant-Based Chef" and one of the most renowned vegan chefs in Germany. Her creative and eco-conscious cooking has earned her a reputation as a master of vegan cuisine. She now serves as a recipe and product developer for young startups in the sustainable food industry. In addition, she provides advice to restaurateurs, hoteliers, and international corporations on sustainable food concepts. Estella is a member of the "Good Food Collective", and she advocates for sustainable and fair-trade food production. Through her innovative and environmentally conscious cooking and recipes, she promotes environmental awareness and encourages people to make a positive impact on the planet.
