Tracy Jones

Before writing the children’s book Careers in STEM A to Z, Tracy B. Jones wrote countless small, informal books for the elementary students she taught. These books were always specific to the literacy needs of small groups and individual children, so she is experienced in targeting her messages and techniques when writing. Careers in STEM A to Z is her first published book. She considers this book a ‘happy marriage’ between literacy and STEM (science, technology, engineering, mathematics).

Tracy is the founder of Young STEMs™, a company offering services and products for exposing and motivating children in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics, STEM. As a mother, grandmother, and veteran elementary educator she is driven to help children become all they can be as they learn and prepare for adulthood. Tracy believes in encouraging everyone to fulfill their inner gifts and interests.
