Lucy Rennie

I’m Lucy Rennie, a strategic communications and marketing consultant, business mentor and bestselling author and the founder of LR Comms. I partner with corporate organisations and SMEs, advising leaders and mentoring teams in effective communication, creating strategies for sustainable growth and building EXCEPTIONAL businesses.

A huge champion for small business, and a massive believer in the fact that people do business with people. I share in my bestselling book, 'Clarity, Communication and Connection, Three Clear Steps to Future-Proof your Business', my framework that demonstrates the power that building relationships, goodwill and trust can have in future-proofing your business.

In my most recent role, I spent ten years in France and Luxembourg as Head of Communications within the global steel and mining company, ArcelorMittal supporting more than 300 sites worldwide before launching my own business LR Comms, in 2015.

I still have my own hard hat and steel cap shoes. I speak fluent French, and bien sūr have a real love of French wine, cheese and baguettes!

A massive Star Wars fan, Lucy lives and works on the side of a big hill overlooking Whaley Bridge, a beautiful village on the edge of the Peak District with her husband, 2 kids and crazy chocolate Labrador, Kylo Ren.
