Nora Simpson

Nora Simpson is the creator of a neuroscience-based approach to achieving radical breakthroughs in revenue, profit, productivity, and fulfillment for organizations, teams, and individuals. Nora has customized her tools for the unique needs of more than 700 companies in 80+ industries and over 20,000 people.

Nora has given hundreds of keynote speeches and workshops for elite institutions, including the Centers for Disease Control, Nasdaq, General Electric, Keller Williams Real Estate, the CEO Trust, the CEO Club of America, the Executive Forum, Merrill Lynch, Amtrust Bank, Guardian Life, Tiger 21, and Columbia Business School.

Nora was born and raised in New Orleans--where her mother was a civil rights lawyer and her father was a jazz musician. She became active in civil rights, voting rights, and justice reform as a teenager in the 1990s. After graduating magna cum laude from Columbia University, Nora spent several years working to magnify the influence of empowerment-based anti-poverty programs in Africa, Latin America, and South Asia at the United Nations, The World Bank, USAID, and several dozen global NGOs.

Nora transitioned to the business world in her mid-20s where she spent several years building and developing senior leadership teams for multi-billion-dollar institutions including American Express, Nuveen Investments, Texas Teachers Retirement System, and Bain Capital before combining all these experiences to launch her neuro-consulting business in 2009.
