Torsten Hollerbach has had an impressive career in information technology (IT) and project management, characterized by expertise, passion and a strong sense of empathy. He entered the world of IT at a young age and quickly developed a keen interest in computers and technology.

He completed the Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) in Project Management at the Kalaidos University of Applied Sciences in Zurich, where he is now a lecturer and instructor for CAS and Master students, and earned the Federal Certificate as an instructor at the Onken Academy in Uster. A doctorate is being pursued and is planned.

One of his outstanding specialties is tailoring project methodologies, adapting project management methods to the company's individual resources and infrastructure. This skill has helped him lead successful projects in various industries. Torsten is a passionate author and started his writing career with the book "Project Management and Agility". This book as well as his subsequent publications are available on platforms like Amazon and others. He uses writing as a means to share his knowledge and experiences with others.

As a certified online course instructor (SVEB), he has developed a passion for training people in leadership, virtual and digital teams, digital human resource management, and empathic digital leadership. He combines these skills with his deep understanding of project management to deliver professional training and courses. With more than two decades of experience in the IT industry, a wide range of certifications, and a strong commitment to teaching and sharing knowledge, Torsten has become a respected expert in the IT and project management world.
