Since 1986, Forge has been passionately pursuing Jesus' mission to raise up more Kingdom Laborers – people whose hearts have been set on fire and live purposefully, sharing the love of God with everyone in their sphere of influence. Forge comes alongside churches and ministries to challenge and equip people to make spiritual decisions and activate their God-given purpose. The Forge Laborership movement is multiplying above ground, and even underground – not only in the U.S., but in places like Europe, South America, Asia, and Africa! Innumerable laborers are extraordinarily impacting their families, workplaces, schools, and communities, as they have been equipped to engage their everyday spheres of influence! These ordinary laborers have answered the heart-cry of Jesus for more harvest-hands and are now entrepreneurially utilizing their uniqueness to meet people at their point of need, everywhere they go. While Jesus said, “the harvest is plentiful but the laborers are few,” we believe His prayer request for more laborers is being answered as hundreds of thousands of people are embracing the call to impact the world around them… the Laborers are increasing!

God has graciously and powerfully poured out His favor as Forge has preached to more than three million people worldwide and seen about one million decisions made to follow Jesus and engage His mission. Yet we believe the mission is far from over. Forge will continue to fuel a movement of laborers, seeking to fulfill the great commission, until everyone everywhere has heard of Jesus and encountered His love!
