Charles Sims

Charles Sims is a veteran, healer, and storyteller whose life is defined by resilience, purpose, and transformation. Born and raised in Fredericksburg, Virginia, Charles was brought up by a hardworking single mother who instilled in him the values of perseverance and integrity.

After high school, Charles served 11 honorable years in the U.S. Navy as an Aviation Ordnanceman, dedicating himself to protecting and serving his country. His path took a deeply personal turn after experiencing the heartbreaking loss of his grandmother and cousin on the same day—an event that became the catalyst for his spiritual and professional awakening.

Now a proud husband, father, and grandfather, Charles holds a Bachelor's Degree in Alternative Medicine and is currently pursuing his Master’s in Maharishi Ayurveda and Integrative Medicine. With a deep passion for holistic healing, he is preparing to open his own wellness center, where he aims to help others achieve balance and inner peace.
